Jess has over ten years of leadership development experience working in higher education and serving as a consultant, coach, and educator in a variety of settings. Engaging and empowering people to feel confident using their own natural abilities is her vocation, and she finds immense value in the CliftonStrengths resources. Jess has used her coaching certification to prepare large-scale presentations, team workshops, 1:1 coaching, retreats, and other customized options depending on her client’s vision and desire. In addition to being Gallup-Certified Strengths coach, Jess earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Professional & Organization Communication from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and her Master of Education degree in College Student Personnel degree from Marquette University.
