Jess has over ten years of leadership development experience working in higher education and serving as a consultant, coach, and educator in a variety of settings. In addition to being Gallup-Certified Strengths coach, Jess earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Professional & Organization Communication from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and her Master of Education degree in College Student Personnel degree from Marquette University.
