Jace comes with 15+ years of experience and has coached senior leaders in large corporations like Kraft Heinz and Veterans Affairs to mid-sized companies like Observe A.I., Intrado, Illinois Masonic, and College Possible. Jace has also coached emerging professionals at non-profits like the YMCA. Jace's work at the National Office of YMCA's is where he gained his love for coaching one-on-one and supporting leaders from diverse backgrounds in their learning and growth. He is a certified coach with a laser focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging to ensure his clients know how to thrive in the seat they are in; while strategically engaging in deep strength work to advance their careers and improve their quality of life.
