Jace comes with 15+ years of experience and has coached senior leaders in large corporations like Kraft Heinz and Veterans Affairs to mid-sized companies like Observe A.I., Intrado, Illinois Masonic, and College Possible. Jace has also coached emerging professionals at non-profits like the YMCA. Jace's work at the National Office of YMCA's is where he gained his love for coaching one-on-one and supporting leaders from diverse backgrounds in their learning and growth. He is a certified coach with a laser focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging to ensure his clients know how to thrive in the seat they are in; while strategically engaging in deep strength work to advance their careers and improve their quality of life. His effective coaching techniques help clients remove behavioral roadblocks holding them back from progress. In addition to the individual, Jace helps organizations build strategies for Leadership Development, Employee Experience, Engagement, building highly effective teams, creating inclusive workspaces, and building a culture of belonging. Jace aims to empower leaders in their intercultural and leadership development. When he's not helping clients Win in their daily life, he is strumming a guitar, reading a good book, hitting the gym, or enjoying a family walk with his wife and dog.
