Founder of The Savella Group, I've built my career helping some of the world's leading companies
connect people with their organizations to drive business strategy and results. Working as a consultant and coach,
as well as in leadership roles internally, I bring change management, talent strategy, and organizational
development expertise and solutions to organizations across industries.
I truly understand the complexities of leading in today’s organizations, and as a certified Executive Coach,
combine my passion for developing leaders with experience navigating corporate change. My work has taken
me across industries, including technology, financial services, retail and luxury goods, media and agency, medical
and healthcare, and consumer services.
Strengths has been a complete game changer. During my own Strengths coaching session, my coach was
floored at how someone with lower Influencing talents could build such a thriving small business. We learned
together that it was my other strengths that have helped me grow and scale to where I am today. Using a strengths-based
approach with my clients, I've helped them understand how to capitalize on their unique talents and build confidence in their
style and strategies. Strengths comes into play in helping managers onboard, supporting teams in working most effectively
together, and building alignment among leadership teams.
I am an ACC accredited Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation and completed my
certification in Executive Coaching at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business through iCoachNYC. My assessment
and learning certifications include Gallup CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Workplace Big 5, Emotional Intelligence, Fierce
Conversations, Situational Leadership, and Lateral Thinking. I received my MA in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from NYU and a BA in Psychology from Emory University.
