Larry Paige is the founder and principal consultant for MODUS. MODUS specializes in creating success plans to grow organizations, business teams, families and leaders by better use of talents. MODUS helps you to “Maximize Opportunities (by) Developing Unique Strengths.” Operating by your unique design opens the door for higher income, satisfaction from work, and appreciation for life.
With over 20 years of experience in kinesiology, self-care services, and leadership development, Larry has a well-rounded background to support your goals. Talent development requires proven assessment tools along with the ability to adapt the tools to needs of the client.
In additional to his training as a Gallup- Certified Strengths Specialist, Larry also received a Master’s of Divinity from Liberty University with a focus on Pastoral Leadership. He currently serves as Assistant Lead Pastor at the Zion Landover Campus and Pastor of Equipping for Zion Church which serves over 3,000 attendees weekly. His creative life-changing presentations have impacted lives at conferences, workshops, businesses as well as online audiences.
Larry Paige resides in Lanham, Maryland with his wife, two teenage children and an energetic Bichon Poodle named Teddy.
