I am a Co-active Coach and certified StrengthsFinder Coach. I help companies and their leaders manage and implement change. I coach and mentor leaders and their teams to identify and maximise their strengths, build employee engagement and deliver the best brand loyalty and customer experience.
After many years in corporate communications and PR I also help create effective Internal Communication which can drive greater profitability through helping employees understand their role in delivering on the company purpose and bottom line.
According to Gallup research people who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged on the job, and teams that focus on their strengths have 12.5% greater productivity. Through the combination of internal communications and coaching, I help organisations build a strengths-based culture and co-active leadership.
I am also a DivorceCare facilitator, helping recently divorced or separated individuals recover and rebuild.
