John Roij

John has over 25 years of broad international experience in coaching, training, team development (including Team Emotional Intelligence) and facilitating successful leadership initiatives across many teams and companies. He is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist (Gestalt Therapy) and NLP trainer including New Code. He is an ontological coach and certified as an ICF PCC executive coach and team facilitator (preparing for MCC). Next to an MA degree in psychology he holds MA degrees in HRM and Marketing.  

John’s style is characterized as caring, honest, creative, playful and challenging. He is recognized for his professional insights, knowledge and experience and ability to engage teams and individuals in learning and development. John has worked with a great variety of local and global clients at all levels with a particular focus on ICT, Sports, Telecom, automotive and education. An in-depth knowledge and experience in psychological processes, team dynamics and coaching enables John to create deep insights, self-awareness and profound changes in the individuals and teams he works with. Being a native Dutch speaker, John facilitates teams and coaches in Dutch, English and German.  

After having been involved with ICT companies, International Broadcasting and Telecom as an HR professional and Management Development executive, John founded Inclusion in 2007 and Inclusion International in 2013 together with Maud Halkes. Inclusion (International) works with teams and leaders at all management levels locally and globally and delivers intensive management and leadership development programs and effective positive coaching.
