We offer veterinary practice coaching and consulting for women by women, backed by years of veterinary medicine, veterinary hospital management experience, the Q12, and StrengthsFinder. I am a veterinarian, who built a 24/7 eight doctor practice from the ground up. I obtained my Gallup Coaching Certification in January, 2014.
We empower transformation of the veterinary practices we coach and consult, helping to change them into a Strengths-based culture and teaching you how to make it sustainable.
