She has designed and delivered leadership development programs to over 2,000 leaders in state government and private industry in coaching/managing employee talent pipelines, leading change, implementing strategic plans and managing conflict.  

With extensive continuing education on coaching and development, Ms. Welch has recently been awarded the designation of Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a Certified Graduate of the Coach U Advanced Coaching Program and a Faculty instructor for dozens of leadership development training programs on Coaching, Leadership, Teamwork, Change Management, Communications, Customer Service and Conflict Management.
