I love to see how the Clifton StrengthFinder assessment can develop individuals in a holistic manner. In my own experience, this wonderful assessment has had an impact on my marriage and parenting, my professional life and my involvement as a leader in our local faith community. It is from my personal experience being coached as an individual and a team member, that I have gone on to train as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach to be able to be part of this exciting growth in others.
