Megan founded her business, Epoch Coaching & Consulting, in 2020 and specializes in strengths-based career and leadership coaching for individuals and teams. She is an ICF-certified coach with significant experience coaching mid-to-late career professionals, most recently serving as the Director for Coaching at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School overseeing coaching across Executive, Online, Full-time, and Alumni programs.
Prior to her time at UNC, Megan spent time as a career transition trainer for the U.S. Department of Labor as a government contractor helping over 1,800 active duty military service members successfully transition to civilian employment.
She earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education from Arizona State University and her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University.
