I am the Founder and CEO of Kait Tysver Consulting LLC, a leadership and career development consulting firm.
For nearly 10 years, I have enjoyed working in higher education as a Strengths coach, event planner, mentor, and advisor. I love the opportunity to work with individuals and groups as they learn to recognize and articulate their strengths and skills, and the value that adds to their personal, academic, and professional lives.
The CliftonStrengths assessment is not just a tool for awareness, it is a tool for action. Talking about strengths to others is a powerful step in unlocking our true potential. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I enjoy helping people identify their uniqueness and how it can benefit both them and their organizations. I particularly love working with groups to help them identify how each person's individual strengths can propel an entire team forward.
