Jeanne has 20+ years of experience teaching, leading, and facilitating training with managers and educators inside Grand Canyon National Park.
She has a unique understanding of the work ecosystems and interconnectedness of national park communities, businesses, non profits, schools, and families. In addition to being a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she is the owner of Edge Effect LLC and is an Arizona Certified Educator. She holds an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership, and a B.S. in Education.
Jeanne was a teacher and award-winning non-profit director for many years in Grand Canyon Village before starting her own education consulting business. In 2018, Jeanne designed a pilot leadership workshop for Horace M. Albright Training Center in Grand Canyon National Park that introduced CliftonStrengths to mid-career managers and became one of the most popular offerings of the National Park Service Fundamentals training program.
Jeanne offers virtual and in-person workshops, as well as individual and team coaching sessions and packages. Her great passion is creating personalized, engaging programs and coaching experiences that help managers and teams discover, celebrate, and aim their greatest strengths for maximum success and fulfillment in the most beautiful and culturally significant locations in the United States.
