My life as a coach started during my graduate program in Educational Leadership. While learning about all facets of leadership in the education arena, I became familiar with StrengthsFinder and 22 years later, made the investment to become a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Although I enjoy working 1:1 with clients, assisting them in learning and enhancing their talents, my strength is in working with groups. I enjoy facilitating both large and small groups, using Strengths as the foundation of self-awareness, discovery, growth enhancement, development of self and others, and team enhancement. My facilitation style includes a mix of activity, self-reflection, sharing, and fun.
