Professionally, Zach is the Executive Director of Leadership Centre County (PA) - his region’s premier community leadership development and skills building organization. His professional background includes nonprofit organization management, development and fundraising, strategic planning, and direct service. Zach has served as a professional consultant for nonprofit and civic organizations.
Zach is delighted to incorporate his Gallup training as he as he continues to help people focus on and benefit from their strengths. He has been coaching - through both formal roles and volunteer involvement - since 2009. Zach brings an immense amount of energy and enthusiasm towards his individual and team coaching - with an emphasis on using strengths-based approaches to achieve long term, actionable results.
In his free time he enjoys running, biking, reading, sports, and volunteering in his community. He serves on multiple Boards and servant leadership is one of his core values. Zach and his wife Maria live in Central Pennsylvania with their two dogs, Sammi and Ziggy.
