Hi ~
You can call me Hua or Ms. Cai (蔡老师 in Chinese). My top five talents are Restorative, Intellection, Harmony, Connectedness and Relator, and my strongest strength field lies in relationship building.
I'm based in Beijing. I have diverse working experience in government, multinationals and FT500 companies such as Mars, PMI and Telstra, with increased responsibilities over the years until growing into the leadership role as Director of Corporate Affairs. I became a full-time strength-focused coach in 2023.
I received Gallup strength coach certification in February 2022. Actually I started the strength coach learning in 2021. I am also a certified career planner in China. So, well equipped with Gallup strength coaching skills and theory and coupled with my nearly 20 years of working experience, I am able to offer the coaching service in areas like career development, personal development, leadership development and high-performing team building.
Individualization and Developer are also two of my top ten talents. So I am very passionate in supporting people's development. It makes me thrilled to help and witness a person's growing into a better version of him- or her-self.
