Taren has been working with college students and alumni for over a decade, helping them discover, articulate, and focus their strengths to help maximize potential in their personal and professional lives. She enjoys working with both individuals and groups, and has ten years of experience in supervision and managing teams.
Taren has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Minnesota State University, Mankato, as well as a master of education from Iowa State University. She has worked in residence life and career services at universities in Iowa. She is currently a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and has received the Career Coaching Intensive Certificate.
