This experience is mainly across automotive sectors and across various roles and functions. These roles include, manufacturing, distributors, sales, aftersales and retail functions in multiple countries. Percy’s purpose is to support individuals, managers and teams to gain the best out of personal and team engagement and believes continues improvement is the norm. Percy’s ultimate goal is efficiency and the belief and knowledge that results are purely based on engagement of people.
