My goal as a Certified Strengths Coach is to help individuals and teams utilize their strengths in all that they do. By better understanding our individual talents we can work and live in a way that supports our own talent development and focus on a strengths-based mindset. Through my work with students, faculty and staff and my own experiences in nonprofit, and international volunteering I utilize my strengths and have seen the significant impact it has on individuals and teams.
With a B.A in Sociology from St. Mary's University and working towards a M.A. in Communication Management- Public Relations from the University of Denver I have worked closely in understanding the way individuals and groups work together to create tactics and meet objectives.
My passion and expertise lies in helping young professionals, women, nonprofit organizations and students lean into their strengths and learn to manage them for personal and professional development and overall well-being.
