Sobre Heather Erikson

I am a leadership educator with over 17 years of experience facilitating CliftonStrengths. My background includes individual, team, and organizational development. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Development in Adult Learning. I have spent most of my career creating meaningful work environments for people to use their skills in productive and positive ways.

I use CliftonStrengths to help equip individuals and teams with the skills needed to be successful. Strengths-based development helps with increased teamwork, engagement, and productivity. I am passionate about intentional leadership development and action-oriented planning that leads to results. My own CliftonStrengths helps me understand clients’ needs, organize coaching & training plans, build relationships, and take action on their goals.
