My strengths journey started in 2010 as part of a volunteer ministry at church. I earned my faith based strengths certification through Gallup and went on to coach and facilitate classes for nearly 400 people. I discovered a deep passion for strengths and wanted to spread the power of living your strengths to as many people as possible. In 2016, I went back to Gallup to update and add to my strengths training and am now a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. By helping others develop and use their strengths, I am using my strengths! I have a degree in education and over the years have been a teacher, a religious education coordinator, an executive assistant, a customer service specialist and worked several retail jobs. My various experiences will serve you well as I work with you to help you discover, develop, and use your strengths.
