Abbey Johnston is Co-Owner of AG Collaborative, a leadership and people development company. She and Greg Mutch founded this small but mighty team around a shared vision to flip leadership development inside out. AGC exists to unlock and unleash better humans for a better world.
Abbey daily works in the leadership space to empower people - especially women - to be big in the world and unapologetic in their leadership. As a child – while other kids were playing legos or eating crayons – she was people watching and trying her best to sit in on adult conversations. Abbey has always been curious about the how, what and why of people’s thoughts, feelings and behavior.
Abbey has worked hard to harness her own skills to be able to empower others to become more dependable, fearless and successful leaders – whether they’re a stay-at-home parent or CEO of a global corporation.
She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with her undergraduate degree in Communications and Psychology from Hope College and her masters in Leadership and Communications from Gonzaga University. In 2019, Abbey completed an Executive Coaching Certification through the ECI Institute at UC Berkeley.
