Lucy Weaver

Lucy is the founder and president of Aligned Strengths. She is a licensed professional counselor, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and has 15 years of marketing and leadership experience in the private sector. She is passionate about combining her corporate knowledge, counseling skills and unique ability to identify and leverage the strengths of both individuals and teams.  

A recent Gallup poll reported that nearly 70% of Americans are either unengaged or actively disengaged on the job. This startling statistic, combined with Lucy’s love for positive psychology and belief in work/life congruence, is what led her to found Aligned Strengths.  

Lucy strongly believes that engaged, enabled, and energized employees are a product of talent that is being effectively and efficiently utilized. She is a strategic leader who brings a light-hearted approach to working with individuals while staying focused on the goals set forth.  

A 5th generation Colorado native, Lucy is an avid skier and trail runner with a love for sports and fitness. She believes that many of the lessons learned on the playing field translate well to the game of work. She resides in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two daughters. Her top 5 strengths are Strategic, Communication, Activator, Woo, and Positivity.
