Katie Varney

Katie Varney has coached over 50 corporate and nonprofit partners in an effort to help their leadership and employees discover their strengths. In her experience coaching some of New England's most esteemed leaders, the common thread between clients has been a desire to receive strengths coaching at the onset of their careers. For this reason, Katie currently serves at Year Up, a results-driven organization that strives to close the Opportunity Divide by providing students with viable pathways to continuing education and professional careers. At the same time, they help some of America’s largest companies fill empty positions by providing them with a pipeline of talent. Katie provides strengths coaching as they obtain a unique combination of technical and professional skills, college credits, and hands-on experience through corporate internships.
