Sobre Adam Pollack

I’ve been managing and coaching at all levels in the corporate world for over 20 years, with special focus on developing exceptional employees and successfully integrating teams throughout an organization.  As the Chief Operating Officer of a medical device company I’ve created cross functional teams to tackle a wide variety of company challenges domestically and internationally that resulted in overall better operational efficiency and corporate success.  

I believe my experience in the corporate world has given me a great perspective on coaching individuals and teams.  I use Clifton Strengths as a tool to help individuals and teams discover, communicate, learn, grow and ultimately reach high levels of employee engagement, performance and success.

I’ve lived in Montevideo, Uruguay, on two separate occasions which provided me with a broad perspective of the culture, language, business and history.  Combining the living experiences with a master’s in international business (MSIB) has helped me further understand cross-cultural communications, business and relationship development, and marketing and sales tactics both on a local and global scale.
