Sobre Rita Roberge

I am currently in my third year as a Data Coach in Prince George County Public Schools. During my tenure I have served 5 years as 2nd Grade Team Leader, 3 years as the School Test Coordinator, and have worked with New Teachers as a Mentor and Teacher Leader for the past 7 years.  I have  worked closely with teams in my school and my administration to improve student test scores to meet or exceed county standards.  I work with teachers to analyze student test data to proactively adjust  instruction based on the needs of particular student groups. In my free time I am an avid runner. I look forward to helping you improve instructional outcomes, team chemistry, and student achievement!
