UNLEASHING STRENGTHS: I help leaders and their organizations succeed by leveraging their strengths, in harmony with their values. My clients increase awareness about themselves and their teams and turn these insights into actions. In result, their engagement increases, they achieve important professional and personal goals, and have higher sense of accomplishment.

I combine over 12 years of leadership experience in an international corporation, with deep work on strengths, based on Gallup’s methodology and a systemic approach to client’s values. My coaching competence was certified with honors by the International Coaching Community (ICC) in 2014 and has been continuously attested by satisfied clients.

I am a co-founder of Strengths Community, which helps organizations identify and leverage strengths of their leaders, teams and employees. We support our Clients in strengthening engagement of their employees and developing their business. We know that people’s natural talents form a potential, which if unleashed drives business results.

We promote strengths based development in Poland: on a Facebook group (Strengths Community - Społeczność mocnych stron i talentów Gallupa) and during regular strengths meetups.
