Hi! My name is Meenakshi (mee-naak-shee) Iyer (ai-yer). I am a T-shaped Leader, Lean-Agile practitioner, and community builder with a 25-year portfolio career spanning People, Product, and Technology development, both in India and the US. My interdisciplinary career is defined by cross-functional leadership roles in multi-lingual and multi-cultural environments. Between my expat experience, and having successfully navigated at least three different career pivots, I have an insider’s perspective on all things change and transitions. Plus, I have a deep understanding of the startup space, from a leadership and teamwork perspective.
I am an ICF-certified Personal Agility, Self and Change Leadership Coach, and strengths-based approach is at the core of my coaching philosophy. I believe that leadership is personal power over positional power, and that each of us is are the most impactful person we will ever lead. In my coaching practice, I am dedicated to Unpacking Leadership™ at the "Messy Middle" using Lean-Agile principles and practices. I partner with organizations to help their Mid-level Leaders and similarly under-rated groups such as women, and those who speak English as an additional language, learn to lead Self + People + Change with Intention, Influence AND Impact.
