I'm an experienced HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in different industries. For 15 years I led teams and complex international projects. I have held a variety of HR positions within complex matrix organizations. For the past 8 years, my main focus was on organizational development – leadership coaching and team effectiveness, integration of new leaders, strategic transformations, cultural changes, leadership, and talent development.
I'm a certified Co-Active coach and credentialed ACC with ICF.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I bring a unique approach to my coaching practice that focuses on the strengths of the individuals I work with. By helping first-time leaders identify and leverage their strengths, I can help them make a successful transition from individual contributors to impactful leaders.
Using a strengths-based coaching approach, I help first-time leaders to:
1. Build Confidence: By focusing on their strengths, I can help first-time leaders develop a sense of confidence in their abilities, which can translate into more effective leadership.
2. Identify Development Opportunities: A strengths-based approach can help first-time leaders identify areas for development and growth that will enhance their leadership abilities.
3. Build Stronger Teams: By understanding their strengths, first-time leaders can build stronger, more cohesive teams that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
4. Increase Engagement and Productivity: When individuals are engaged in work that leverages their strengths, they are more productive and committed to achieving organizational goals.
