Patrick is a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, United States Army Chaplain, speaker, and pastor, passionate about helping people take control over the direction of their life. Patrick has been coaching people to develop their strengths for over twenty years, empowering his clients to more fully become who they are called to be. Patrick then discovered Clifton Strengths several years ago, combining his passion and expertise with the data and support of the Gallup organization.
Recognizing that the spirit suffers when the body is in pain, Patrick coaches the whole client, helping them find meaning and purpose in their daily living and develop their strengths to contribute to the greater good.
