I started my career with a multi-national consulting firm focusing on the area of HR, where I have been involved in projects like OD, C&B, Change, Development etc. Personally, I am quite interested in the area of Talent Development and Organization Development. So I continue my career with 2 MNCs in the area of learning and people development. I have got some certificate in this areas including DDI FSW, 7 Habits Certified Trainer, Leaders's gene Vera 8 and TalentX7 assessment tool. And I supported the 2 organizations in setting up their internal trainer platform from 0-1, during which I learnt a lot about how people learn and develop. I also completed my study for OD and facilitation skill Level III. I got my StrengthFinder coach certificate 2022.4 and is now applying it.
