I was in veterinary practice in the Midwest for 10 years, worked as a technical service veterinarian for 3 years, and then managed sales teams for 16 years.  I have experiences in leadership development, team building, managing conflict, and helping teams create a winning environment.

I have served 10 years on the Dean's advisory board for Cal Poly's College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, and I am on the advisory board of GPS Dairy Consulting, LLC.

My veterinary degree is from the University of WI.  My coaching certification is from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.  I am certified in Meyers Briggs Type Indicator and Gallup's Strength Coaching.

I grew up as a middle child of 7 in a midwestern family.  I have enjoyed living in Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California.  My favorite activities are exploring on my motorcycle, hiking and ca
