Sobre Sandy Schumacher

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” George Bernard Shaw

Good communication is everything in the workplace. Some research indicates that over 90% of employees say their bosses lack this one invaluable skill. Think about it: Clear direction and expectations can’t happen without it. The same is true with any interpersonal relationship. In every aspect of life, both professional and personal, effective communication is essential to success and fulfillment.

I first discovered the CliftonStrengths Assessment as a Regional Marketing Manager for a large shopping center developer. It was one of those aha moments where I realized that I would always look at leadership with new eyes. I continued to refine and develop my strengths-based skills as a leader in multi-million dollar business operations and as a multi-club owner of fitness centers in Northwest New Mexico.

As a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach I can help you understand how to use your strengths to be a better leader, manager and partner. I enjoy working with individuals and teams to bridge the communication divide and build a strengths-based measurement approach that can provide the language you need to ensure that communication isn’t just an illusion.
