Thao Pham is an executive & corporate well-being coach based in Vietnam. She has been working with Vietnamese, Singaporean, Thai, Filipino, Chinese, Pakistani, American, British, Croatian, Romanian, Japanese, IndianGerman, Sri Lankan, Indonesian, Korean, Italian, and French leaders at multinational companies. 

 

Thao is a Professional Certified Coach (PCCTM) of the International Coaching Federation, a Newfield Certified Coach (NCCTM) from the Newfield Asia, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a co-author of Hello Emotions!. Thao has combined these qualifications with her own MNC business experience to offer 1-1 coaching and workshop facilitation (StrengthsFinder and Emotional Literacy) to individuals and many corporate clients.

 

Thao began her career as a Research & Development specialist at Ajinomoto Vietnam in 2004. After 2 years, she discovered her first love was actually market research and she moved into that industry for the next 10 years, working with Nielsen, Unilever Vietnam, and Unilever Asia Private Ltd. In her last role at Unilever as Senior Manager 2C of Consumer & Market Insights in Southeast Asia and Australia where she took charge of total Laundry categories, she had developed a deep understanding of people’s insights and aspirations in life before she embarked on her journey in coaching since the end of 2017. 

 

Thao holds a Bachelors degree in Food Technology and an MBA degree from the University of Technology in Vietnam and a Master of Financial Management degree from the Australian National University.
