Kathleen has been a career consultant in education industry since 2010. She has extensive experiences working with people from 20-35 years old, including undergraduates, graduates and MBAs. Kathleen lived in Canada and USA for about 15 years and owned Bachelor in Biochemical Engineering, Master in Food Science and an MBA degree too. She worked in healthcare, consumer goods, technology, and education industries before she finally realized her passion and expertise in career coaching.
Kathleen is a certified IECL coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Overt the past eight years working at the career development centers at top universities in China, she has provided career consultancy for hundreds of students and helped them to land decent and dream jobs by leveraging from their Strengths, past experiences and education backgrounds. She also helped Chinese students studying overseas with their career planning and inquires.
