Kathryn Donaldson is the founder and principal coach of Growing Talent Australia. With a wealth of real world experience through a rewarding career consulting for leading global organizations including Morgan Stanley and Barclays Bank, Kathryn has achieved award winning success through her specialty in talent management, employee development and leading teams.
With a passion for health and wellbeing, Kathryn is a self-confessed fitness junkie who loves to run marathons, climb mountains and raise money for various charities in her downtime. She loves to push the boundaries and firmly believes that stepping out of the comfort zone is needed to succeed.
Through her strengths coaching and development programs, Kathryn enjoys partnering with clients to deliver team development, career coaching and bespoke learning solutions that facilitate growth, engagement and promote high performance. She works with organisations, teams and individuals at all stages of their career, from students through to senior executives. Kathryn is an ICF accredited executive coach, a member of the Career Development Association for Australia (CDAA), the National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (NAGCAS), and the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE).
