Lorie has worked in higher education for twenty years and currently serves as the Director of the Career Center at Towson University. She has a commitment to student success and years of experience assisting college students in the identification and pursuit of their professional goals.
Lorie is Past-President of the Maryland Career Development Association (MCDA) and the Maryland Career Consortium and has presented professionally at local, regional, and national events, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) annual conference.
Lorie received her M.A. from The Ohio State University and her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she also received training in the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process and participated in the NACE Management Leadership Institute.
