Eddan is a talent development professional dedicated to inspire excellence among students, young professionals, new leaders, and teams.
He finished his bachelor's degree in Human Ecology at the University of the Philippines - Los Banos and his Master's in Business Administration at the University of the Philippines - Diliman.
Starting his career in a non-government organization, he realized his passion for training and development. He then joined an HR and training consulting firm to pursue his passion and hone his skills in the field. To expose himself in various industries and different org set-ups, he later on joined an IT-BPO company, a multinational engineering company, a leading telecommunications provider in the Philippines, and is now part of Shopee Philippines - the leading eCommerce platform in the country.
With strengths coaching in his toolbox and experience with start-up, growing, and mature organizations, he is now in a better position to enable individuals and teams unlock their talents, and leverage on their strengths to pursue their goals and overcome challenges.
