I have done coaching for eight years - five years as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach - and mentoring for over 30 years. I have done coaching both for profit and non-profit organizations. I have experience with teams and also working with individuals. I also have training in the area of Employee Engagement. I have worked in sales and am a former pastor. I have a master’s degree education. I serve on several boards. I have a passion to help individuals and institutions become more productive and building a more positive working culture.
