Sarah Robinson について

Sarah is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, best-selling author, and a 30+ year student and teacher of organizational behavior concepts. In August 2013, Sarah became the first of seven consultants in the world to be certified by Gallup as an individual and team strengths coach. Coupling her organizational behavior expertise with her skills as a coach, Sarah helps her clients maximize their personal and professional potential.

Sarah is the author of two books, “Unstuck at Last: Using Your Strengths to Get What You Want” and “Fresh Leadership: 5 Skills to Transform You and Your Team.”

Sarah received her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1991 and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 1992.  She has taught the course “Managing Behavior for Public Organizations” at I.U.P.U.I. for 17 years while growing her business.

For teams looking for transformational results in their performance, Sarah recommends engaging Fresh Concepts, Inc. to provide both individual coaching and team coaching. Below are three commonly requested training and development programs:

I. Harnessing the Strengths of Your Team (1/2 Day Training and Individual Coaching)

Sarah and her co-facilitators lead an experiential half-day training to uncover each team members unique strengths as well as the combine strengths of the team. Prior to the group workshop, participants will take the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and receive individual coaching. After participating in both individual and team coaching, participants will be able to:

1. harness their unique talents;

2. leverage the shared strengths of the team; and

3. create productive strengths-based partnerships.

 II. Fresh Leadership Workshop (1/2 Day or 6 Month Training Program and Individual Coaching)

Sarah and her co-facilitators guide participants in this experiential half-day training to become the leaders that the world needs TODAY. Sarah’s book “FRESH Leadership” is used as a supplemental tool for this training program. Participants will learn how outdated leadership practices can undermine employee engagement.  More importantly, participants will learn how more effective, and modern, leadership techniques can reignite their team members. Prior to the group workshop, participants will take the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and receive individual coaching. After participating in both individual and team coaching, participants will:

1. understand the 5 skills needed to re-fresh their leadership behaviors;

2. know what it takes to maximize their team’s strengths; and

3. be able to support their team members using new knowledge, skills and abilities.

III. Strengths and Sales (1/2 Day Training Program and Individual Coaching)

In this program, Sarah and her co-facilitators rely upon the Clifton Strengths for Sales report (launched June 2022) to tap into the distinct sales approach of each team member. After participating in this program, each salesperson will leverage his or her respective sales-specific talents. Participants will take the Clifton Strengths for Sales assessment prior to the workshop and receive individual coaching. After both the individual and team training occurs, participants will:

1. understand sales talent: how to identify it and maximize it;

2. be adept at applying his or her talent to the organization’s sales process; and

3. connect their customers’ needs to the individual talents found among the team members.
