Coaching sessions first look at areas like career – relationship – personal life - and your struggles within them and then we move on to explore the theme dynamics that cause these struggles.
More importantly, we then move on to discuss the top themes in depth and once there is a deeper understanding of the themes – we create methods and techniques and the insights that are gained to make it possible to then start to turn your themes into STRENGTHS that you can start to leverage and take your career – relationship and your personal life to the next level!
My coaching style is conversational and often highly intuitive.
We often look at linking two or more themes and then exploring the dynamics of those links and how they affect behavior and create patterns in ourselves.
For companies and teams - we explore the dynamics of the talents of the members in the organization / teams and by looking at the individual talent profiles we can see patterns that either take away from or enhance performance.
The overall goal being to improve collaboration, getting higher performance and improving dynamics as well as relationships between members.
Coaching for coaches and executives offers a much deeper approach and a bespoke strategy is created using the talent profile.
From there the coach / executive can apply this template for career choices and anywhere else in their lives.
The overall objective here to understand the style of the individual and to achieve the goals / needs and desires for success and enhanced performance.
In Coaching Couples and Relationships, we compare and contrast the individual theme reports to understand each person’s needs and desires and look at any disharmony or frication that comes up as a result of themes clashes.
After this we then create intimacy and deeper meaningful relationship by fulfilling the needs of the individual themes, thereby strengthening the relationship.
