Lisa Jane Laird について

Bring joy into your work and into your life.  Sometimes people don't know their own talents and drives, or how to bring their best, authentic self into the workplace or to relationships.  Whether you need a team approach or you wish to work on yourself, I use CliftonStrengths as a foundation to help you better understand what drives you, and how you can work and live well.

With more than 20 years’ experience as a career counselor, I will give you the foundation to build your skills so you have the assurance that you are using your best talents, and you develop your polished, professional brand. Other coaching tools come from 11 years of training and advising many individuals and teams in career development, interpersonal communication, leadership development, conflict management, relationship development, client and caregiver relationships, and financial stewardship.

My team coaching experience centers around the following industries: human resources, manufacturing, quality assurance, customer support staff, higher education, faith-based groups, college student groups, college leadership, and non-profit social services clients.

You are my focus. My own joy and drive comes from watching you gain skills and the satisfaction you achieve as you nurture your talents and gain better, stronger, healthier relationships in work or at home.  Perhaps it is my Connectedness at play - my motto is “Love all, serve all.”
