I am a Strengths and MBTI certified coach with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a certified
Professional in Human Resources. I have over 20 years of combined experience in career coaching,
human resources, counseling, and social work. I am currently an adjunct professor in the leadership
program and lead the career education team at a local university. I have provided career coaching
to professionals at all stages of their careers and have directed the HR function for companies
ranging from start-ups to Fortune 400 and spanning across various industries including health care,
hospitality, retail, technology, and manufacturing. I also have experience working as a counselor and
social worker for individuals (children, adolescents and adults) and families.
