With 7-8 years in the IT/Startup environment and more than 15 years in the Education / Training
industry. Victor's passion is in developing individual / team to perform at their maximum potential.
Beyond his Master's degree in Education Leadership, Policy and Organisation Change, Victor is
also certified in D.I.S.C and MBTI to help individual to discover their own personality and to
understand how to work with each other optimally.
Form the career perspective, he is also certified in Career Development Facilitator, Strong Interest
Inventory and Behavioural Base Interview. He is currently serving as a career coach at the
Singapore Management University helping undergraduates to plan their career path.
As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Victor is keen to use the various tools he has been
trained in to help any individual to grow from strength to strength, producing repeatable near perfect
result in almost any situation they are in.
In his leisure, Victor is also a passionate photographer and a licensed UAV pilot.
