My journey with CliftonStrengths started in January 2020 when I first took the assessment as an advisor for my sorority. Since then, I have changed career paths to focus on training and development in the nonprofit sector because I am passionate about helping others unlock their full potential. I am newly certified as a CliftonStrengths coach, but have already conducted several individual coaching sessions and a team session of over 100 people. I am really looking forward to working with more individuals and groups who are starting on their journey with CliftonStrengths!
A little more about me: I am a board member for a local LGBTQ+ community center. I have been a part of a tight-knit feminist book club since 2015. I love spending time with my wide circle of friends, Palm Springs, cats, Fall, and live music.
