Kasia is a Psychology graduate (MA at the Universty of Wroclaw, Poland with year specialisation in Organisational Psychology at the TU Dresden, Germany) who additionally completed postgraduate studies in Intercultural Communication in Business (Higher School of Banking, Wroclaw) and a Business Training School (Leon Kozminski Academy, Warsaw).
She’s certified as a Coach (ACC at ICF), Therapist, Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner and in Teams Consultation.
17 years of her professional career include: people management in a multinational corporation (IT sector), global program management (E-Commerce), recruitment, vendor management as well as coaching and team effectiveness consultations.
Implementing the self-managed teams model and it’s scaling for the EMEA region and globally in the organization was one of her key experiences: working with teams and leadership while piloting and improving the enhanced employee engagement approach and the manager-coach role transition.
She was employed by companies such as: Google/Alphabet (Poland & Ireland - 14 years in total), Signium International, Randstad.
