As a long time Human Resource professional, I value the power of coaching to empower others. My coaching journey began over 10 years ago and I started by coaching my direct reports with the goal of developing their skills and confidences. Over time, I've continued my coaching practices to support those in leadership positions. I strongly believe the best leaders are those who are empathetic and candid with their employees. I see my goal as unlocking the potential in others to ensure they are the best employees, leaders, and people that they can be.
