Dennis Schlabach is passionate about helping others discover their strengths in order to maximize influence through personal growth. As a former insecure leader, I learned the value of identifying your strengths to be an integral part of the journey to becoming a secure leader.
I was the General Manager of a large retail store (160 employees) for 7 years in northeast Ohio. I didn't realize how insecure I was as a leader until I completed the Gallup Strength assessment. This was the beginning of my journey to becoming a more secure leader. I discovered that in order to serve my team through a servant leader model, I needed to grow personally and understand myself first. It's then and only then that I was able to look at the management team around me and help them discover their strengths. Their strengths added to my strengths created a well rounded team that produced more than I ever could have on my own.
My personal experience with Gallup and the impact it had on my leadership journey compelled me to become a certified strength coach. I've created a small business coaching and consulting platform with a mission to help others discover their value to the world around them. Every individual has strengths and it's my desire to help others discover them through the Gallup system.
