Hi, I'm Mandy - I'm a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Award-Winning Leadership Mentor and HR Director. I love helping people to level up their leadership impact and build high performing teams.
I've successfully coached hundreds of Board Members, CEO's & Leadership Teams and helped leaders and teams to thrive across the private sector and charity sector.
I have two decades of Senior HR experience, a Masters in HR Management, a degree in Business Studies, and Chartered Fellow status from the CIPD.
